Welcome to ARTS:LIVE, your gateway to engaging, curriculum-aligned arts learning. This award‑winning creative learning hub is designed to make arts education easy, inspiring and accessible for every classroom.

Whether you’re new to teaching the arts or simply looking for fresh ideas, you don’t need to be an expert to get started. With hundreds of hours of creative content, ARTS:LIVE supports educators, students and families to explore, learn and build confidence across a range of learning environments.

Finding the right resource on ARTS:LIVE is simple, with flexible ways to search and explore. Jump straight to a topic using the search bar, or explore by Art Forms, Year Levels, Collections or Learning Environment. These pathways make it easy to discover lessons that connect with your students’ interests, abilities and learning goals.

Each course opens into a rich learning experience. Created in collaboration with professional artists and arts organisations, inside you’ll find an introductory video, sequenced lesson plans and easy access to supporting materials. Sections like Curriculum Alignment, Maximising Outcomes for your Students and the Glossary help build your confidence and deepen understanding as you teach.

Navigating the Explore menu is a quick way to find content tailored to your needs on ARTS:LIVE.

Here’s how to use it effectively:

  1. Open the Explore Menu
    Look for “Explore” in the main navigation. Hover over or click it to reveal different browsing options.

  2. Browse by Category
    Within Explore, you’ll see key pathways to help narrow your search:

    • Art Forms – Filter by Drama, Dance, Music, Visual Art & Media Arts

    • Year Levels – Choose content suited to specific age groups (F–2, 3–4, 5–6, etc.)

    • Collections – Access curated sets of resources grouped by theme or learning focus

    • Learning Environment – In the Classroom, At Home, Early Learning and In the Community

  3. Select What Fits Your Needs
    Click into any category to see a list of relevant courses. Each course card gives a quick preview, helping you decide what’s most useful.
